# The Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1987, Paragraph 48: Rule 7.22


In Rule 7.22 after paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—
“(1A) Any document to be sent by post may be sent to the last known address of the person to whom the document is to be sent.”.
