# The Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1987, Paragraph 5: Rule 2.3


For paragraph (3)(a) of Rule 2.3 there shall be substituted the following:–
“(a) any person who has appointed, or is or may be entitled to appoint, an administrative receiver;”.
