# The Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1987, Paragraph 50: Rule 7.27


After paragraph (3) of Rule 7.27 there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—
“(4) Nothing in this Rule entitles the responsible insolvency practitioner to decline to allow inspection of any claim or proxy.”.
