# The Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1987, Paragraph 54: Paragraph 9 (Rule 4.15)


In paragraph 9 of Schedule 1, there shall be inserted at the beginning the word “(1)” and at the end the following sub-paragraph:—
“(2) In paragraph (6) there shall be inserted at the end the following:—
“and to the director who presides over any meeting of creditors as provided by section 99(1)”.”
