  "text": "In paragraph 12 of Schedule 1—\n(a) in Rule 4.19(2), as substituted by that paragraph, for the words “is effective from the date of the certificate” there shall be substituted the words “takes effect on the passing of the resolution for his appointment”; and\n(b) at the end of the said paragraph there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph:—\n“(4) After paragraph 6 there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—\n“(7) Where a vacancy in the office of liquidator occurs in the manner mentioned in section 104, a meeting of creditors to fill the vacancy may be convened by any creditor or, if there were more liquidators than one, by any continuing liquidator”.”.",
