# The Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1987, Paragraph 56: Paragraph 18 (Rule 4.31)


In paragraph 18 of Schedule 1, at the end of paragraph (4) of Rule 4.31, as substituted by that paragraph, there shall be inserted the following:—
“subject to the modifications that in Rule 4.25(3) sub-paragraph (a) shall apply with the word “new” replaced by the word “former” and sub-paragraph (b) shall not apply”.
