# The Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1987, Paragraph 57: Paragraph 3 (Rule 4.11)


In paragraph 3 of Schedule 2, there shall be inserted at the end the following:—
“subject to the modifications that for the words “accounting period” where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “period of twenty six weeks”.”
