Paragraph 58 Paragraph 5 (Rule 4.19)

In paragraph 5(2) of Schedule 2, in Rule 4.19(2), as substituted by that paragraph, for the words “is effective from the date of the certificate” there shall be substituted the words “takes effect on the passing of the resolution for his appointment”.
