# The Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1987, Paragraph 59: Paragraph 9 (Rule 4.28)


In paragraph 9(4) of Schedule 2, after paragraph (6) of Rule 4.28 as amended by the said paragraph 9(4) there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—
“(7) If there is no quorum present at the meeting summoned to receive the liquidator’s resignation the meeting is deemed to have been held.”.
