Paragraph 7 Rule 2.13

For Rule 2.13 there shall be substituted the following:—

“Report and notice of meetings

2.13

Any report or notice by the administrator of the result of creditors' meetings held under section 23(1) or 25(2) shall have annexed to it details of the proposals which were considered by the meeting in question and of any revisions and modifications to the proposals which were also considered.”.
