# The Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2003, Paragraph 1


In Rule 1.1(2)(a), for “an administration order under Part II of the Act in force in relation to it”, substitute “in administration”; and in Rule 1.1(2)(b) for “an administration order is in force” substitute “administration”.
