# The Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2006, Article 12: Amendment to Rule 2.58


In Rule 2.58(1)(c) of the 1986 Rules for the words “or be wound up by the court” substitute “, be wound up by the court or be wound up through the administration”.
