In Rule 4.6–

(a)

in paragraph (1), at the start insert “Except in relation to winding-up petitions under section 124A,”,

(b)

after paragraph (2), insert–

“(3)

In winding-up petitions under section 124A, the appointment of the provisional liquidator may be terminated by the court on his application, or on that of the Secretary of State.”.
