Article 2 Transitional provision

The provisions of Rules 5 to 8 and 10 of these Rules shall not apply, and the provisions of the 1986 Rules shall continue to apply without the amendments made by those Rules, in any case where a company has entered administration before the commencement date.

The provisions of Rule 14 of these Rules apply in any case where a company entered into administration on or after 15th September 2003 other than a case where the company entered into administration by virtue of a petition presented before that date.

The provisions of Rule 15 of these Rules apply in any case where an insolvency practitioner is appointed on or after the commencement date.
