# The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, Rule 2.5: Form of the statement of affairs


(1) The statement of affairs shall be in the form required by Rule 7.30 and Schedule 5.Form 2.6 (Scot)
(2) The administrator shall insert any statement of affairs submitted to him in the sederunt book.
