  "text": "Any notice required to be published by the administrator -\n(a) under section 23(2)(b) (notice of address for members of the company to write for a copy of the administrator's statement of proposals), and\n(b) under section 25(3)(b) (notice of address for members of the company to write for a copy of the administrator's statement of proposed revisions to the proposals),\nshall be inserted once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the newspaper in which the administrator's appointment was advertised.",
