  "heading": "Information to creditors and contributories",
  "text": "(1) The liquidator shall report to the creditors and, except where he considers it would be inappropriate to do so, the contributories with respect to the proceedings in the winding up within six weeks after the end of each accounting period or he may submit such a report to a meeting of creditors or of contributories held within such period.\n(2) Any reference in this Rule to creditors is to persons known to the liquidator to be creditors of the company.\n(3) Where a statement of affairs has been submitted to him, the liquidator may send out to creditors and contributories with the next convenient report to be made under paragraph (1) a summary of the statement and such observations (if any) as he thinks fit to make with respect to it.",
