  "heading": "The chairman at meetings",
  "text": "(1) The chairman at any meeting of the liquidation committee shall be the liquidator, or a person nominated by him to act.\n(2) A person so nominated must be either -\n(a) a person who is qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the company, or\n(b) an employee of the liquidator or his firm who is experienced in insolvency matters.",
