# The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, Rule 4.65: Application of Chapter 7


Except as provided elsewhere in this Chapter, Rules 4.44 to 4.59 of Chapter 7 shall apply to a liquidation committee established under this Chapter from the date of issue of the certificate under Rule 4.63 as if it had been established under section 142.Form 4.21 (Scot)
