# The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, Rule 4.77: Dissolution after winding up


Where the court makes an order under section 204(5) or 205(5), the person on whose application the order was made shall deliver to the registrar of companies a copy of the order.Form 4. (Scot)
