# The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, Rule 5: Application of Part 4


The provisions of Part 4 shall apply in a creditors' voluntary winding up of a company as they apply in a winding up by the court subject to the modifications specified in Schedule 1 and to any other necessary modifications.
