# The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, Paragraph 16: Rule 4.28


(1) In paragraph (1), for the reference to section 172(6), there shall be substituted a reference to section 171(5).
(2) In paragraph (2), for the reference to section 174(4)(c), there shall be substituted a reference to section 173(2)(c).
