# The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, Paragraph 4: Rule 4.18


(1) This Rule shall apply subject to the following modifications.
(2) For paragraph (1), there shall be substituted the following:-
“(1) This Rule applies where the liquidator is appointed by the court under section 108.”.
(3) Paragraphs 4 and 5 shall be deleted.
