  "text": "(1) In this Order,\n“the Act” means the Insolvency Act 1986,\n“rule” means a rule of the Insolvency Rules 1986,\n“the 1994 Order” means the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994.\n(2) In this Order a reference to a “modified section” means a section of the Act as modified by, and set out in, the 1994 Order.",
