# The Insolvent Partnerships (Amendment) Order 1996, Introduction: Introductory text


INSOLVENCY
Made 14th May 1996
Laid before Parliament 16th May 1996
Coming into force 14th June 1996
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 420(1) and (2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and section 21(2) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State, hereby makes the following Order:—
