# The Insolvent Partnerships (Amendment) Order 2001, Article 2: Amendments to article 16 of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994


(1) Article 16 of the 1994 Order (Application of Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 16 of the 1994 Order, for “sections 6 to 10, 15” there is substituted “sections 1, 1A, 6 to 10, 13 to 15, 17”.
