  "text": "Schedule 9 to the 1994 Order (forms) is amended as follows—\n(a) in the entry for Form 1 for “Petition for administration order” substitute “Administration application”;\n(b) after the entry for Form 1 insert the following entries—\n“IA Notice of intention to appoint an administrator by the members of the partnership\nIB Notice of an appointment of an administrator by the members of the partnership (where a notice of intention to appoint has not been issued)”;\n(c) for Forms 1, 4 and 16 substitute the Forms so numbered in Schedule 2 to this Order and after Form 1 insert Forms IA and IB as set out in Schedule 2 to this Order.",
