# The Insolvent Partnerships (Amendment) Order 2005, Article 2: Transitional provisions


The amendments to the 1994 Order set out in articles 3, 7 and 12 of this Order do not apply where a petition for an administration order has been presented in relation to an insolvent partnership before the commencement date.
