# The Insolvent Partnerships (Amendment) Order 2005, Article 7: Amendment to Schedule 2 to the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994


For Schedule 2 to the 1994 Order (modified provisions of Part II of the Act) substitute the provisions set out in Schedule 1 to this Order.
