Laid before Parliament 8th June 2005
Coming into force 1st July 2005
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 420 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and section 21(2) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State, hereby makes the following Order:
