  "text": "INSOLVENCY\nMade 3rd March 2003\nTo be laid before Parliament\nComing into operation 1st April 2003\nThe Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Article 364(1) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the concurrence of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment, hereby makes the following Order:",
