# The Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994, Paragraph 22


Paragraph 61 is modified so as to read as follows—
“61. The administrator of a partnership—
(a) may prevent any person from taking part in the management of the partnership business, and
(b) may appoint any person to be a manager of that business.”.
