# The Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994, Paragraph 31


Paragraph 90 is modified so as to read as follows—
“90. Paragraphs 91 to 93 and 95 apply where an administrator—
(a) dies
(b) resigns
(c) is removed from office under paragraph 88, or
(d) vacates office under paragraph 89.”.
