  "text": "Paragraph 8 is modified so as to read as follows—\n“8. (1) A person may not be appointed as administrator of a partnership after—\n(a) an order has been made in relation to it by virtue of Article 11 of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994; or\n(b) an order has been made for it to be wound up by the court as an unregistered company.\n(2) Sub-paragraph (1)(a) is subject to paragraph 38.\n(3) Sub-paragraph (1)(b) is subject to paragraphs 37 and 38.”.",
