  "text": "Paragraph 14 is modified so as to read as follows—\n“14. (1) The holder of a qualifying agricultural floating charge in respect of partnership property may appoint an administrator of the partnership.\n(2) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (1) an agricultural floating charge qualifies if created by an instrument which—\n(a) states that this paragraph applies to the agricultural floating charge,\n(b) purports to empower the holder of the agricultural floating charge to appoint an administrator of the partnership, or\n(c) purports to empower the holder of the agricultural floating charge to make an appointment which would be the appointment of an agricultural receiver.\n(3) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (1) a person is the holder of a qualifying agricultural floating charge in respect of partnership property if he holds one or more charges of the partnership secured—\n(a) by a qualifying agricultural floating charge which relates to the whole or substantially the whole of the partnership property,\n(b) by a number of qualifying agricultural floating charges which together relate to the whole or substantially the whole of the partnership property, or\n(c) by charges and other forms of security which together relate to the whole or substantially the whole of the partnership property and at least one of which is a qualifying agricultural floating charge.”.",
