Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Insurance Brokers (Registration) Act 1977 (Amendment) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st January 1997.

In this Order “the 1977 Act” means the Insurance Brokers (Registration) Act 1977.
