  "text": "The requisite details for the purposes of paragraphs 1 and 2 above are—\n(a) the name of the company;\n(b) the address of the branch in the United Kingdom and confirmation that it is an address for service on the company’s authorised agent;\n(c) the name of the company’s authorised agent;\n(d) a scheme of operations prepared in accordance with such requirements as may be imposed by the supervisory authority in its home State; and\n(e) in the case of a company which intends to cover relevant motor vehicle risks, confirmation that the company has become a member of the Motor Insurers’ Bureau (being a company limited by guarantee and incorporated under the Companies Act 1929 on 14th June 1946).",
