# Insurance Companies Act 1982 (repealed), Section 69: Power to alter insurance company’s financial year.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Treasury may extend or shorten, for the purposes of this Part of this Act, the duration of any financial year of an insurance company to which this Part of this Act applies.
