# The Insurance Companies (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 15th December 1995
Coming into force 31st December 1995
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 78, 90, 96(1) and 97 of the Insurance Companies Act 1982 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
