# The Insurance Companies (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 1: Citation and Commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Insurance Companies (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 31st December 1995.
(2) In these Regulations, “the 1994 Regulations” means the Insurance Companies Regulations 1994.
