  "text": "(1) Regulation 58 of the 1994 Regulations (interpretation: Part IX) shall be amended as follows.\n(2) For the definition of “general business liabilities” substitute—\n““general business liabilities” has the same meaning as in Part VIII of these Regulations;”.\n(3) After the definition of “general business liabilities” insert—\n““insurance liabilities” means amounts calculated in accordance with this Part of these Regulations in respect of those items shown at C and D under the heading “Liabilities” set out in paragraph 9 of Schedule 9A to the Companies Act 1985;”.",
