Regulation 16 General Business Liabilities

For regulation 62 of the 1994 Regulations (general business liabilities), substitute—

“General business liabilities

62

The amount of insurance liabilities which are general business liabilities shall be determined in accordance with the rules set out in Section D of Chapter II of Part I of Schedule 9A to the Companies Act 1985.”
