# The Insurance Companies (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 9: Schedule 4 to the 1996 Regulations: abstract of valuation report prepared by the appointed actuary


In paragraph 20(3) of Schedule 4 to the 1996 Regulations, for the words “in accordance with paragraph 4” substitute “in accordance with paragraph 7”.
