Laid before Parliament 3rd March 1992
Coming into force 24th March 1992
The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under sections 90 and 97 of the Insurance Companies Act 1982 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
