Paragraph 6
After paragraph 2 of the said Schedule 3 insert—
“2AThe aggregate arrived at under paragraph 2 above shall be multiplied by a flat-rate percentage determined for that year by the Secretary of State in the light of the most recent statistical data on commissions paid and the resulting product shall be reduced by a flat-rate percentage determined by the Secretary of State in the light of the most recent statistical data on reinsurance premiums ceded between syndicates at Lloyd's.”
