# The Insurance (Lloyd's) Regulations 1997, Paragraph 8


For paragraph 5 of the said Schedule 3 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“5 There shall be calculated 16 per cent. of the amount arrived at under paragraph 4 above.”
