# The Insurance Premium Tax (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 7


In regulation 11(1) (Death, bankruptcy or incapacity of registerable persons) of the principal regulations after “of his” there shall be inserted “or any business in the course of which he charged taxable intermediary’s fees”.
