# The Insurers (Winding Up) (Scotland) Rules 2001, Article 1: Citation, commencement and revocation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Insurers (Winding Up) (Scotland) Rules 2001 and shall come into force on 18th January 2002.
(2) The Insurance Companies (Winding Up) (Scotland) Rules 1986 are revoked.
