Regulation 3 Availability of forage area

For the purposes of Article 2(1)(c) of Commission Regulation 3887/92, the date on which the minimum period of seven months shall commence shall be the date, between 1st January and 31st March in any year, specified, in relation to each forage area, by the farmer declaring that area as forage area.
