# The Intellectual Property (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 3


For regulation 31(a) substitute—
“(a) in paragraph (3)—
(i) in sub-paragraph (a) omit “and the relevant database maintained by the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market; and”;
(ii) omit sub-paragraph (b);”.
